Brothers & Brushes Build began with two brothers, a brother in-law, a vision, and a small basement closet as an office. What started as a painting company with one goal, to do every job the right way, has grown into a full-service construction company trusted to deliver custom homes, renovations, and commercial projects across the Greater Toronto Area.

From painting a single wall on their first job to building custom homes and complete renovations, every opportunity has been earned through quality workmanship, strong relationships, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Today, the team operates out of a 1,000-square-foot workspace they built from the ground up, a reflection of how far they've come and the standards they continue to uphold.

For Emmanuel, Nicholas, and Dante, this business is about more than construction. It's about building a lasting legacy for their families while creating spaces their clients are proud to call home. Every project is approached with the same values that started it all: integrity, craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing things right.

Emmanuel Pereira

Emmanuel was the original visionary behind Brothers & Brushes Build and later partnered with his brother and brother-in-law to bring that vision to life. With a focus on interior renovations, Emmanuel brings expertise in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail is completed to the highest standard.

Nicholas Pereira

With a passion for building from the ground up, Nicholas specializes in exterior construction, excavation, and site development. From operating heavy equipment to overseeing the details that shape every outdoor space, he brings a hands-on approach and a commitment to craftsmanship that ensures every project is completed with care, precision, and lasting quality.
